It’s simpler than it sounds - mostly filtration and basic upkeep. And you’re not working it out on your own: advice is free, for as long as you want it, from the person who set the thing up for you. If you’d rather not touch it at all, regular servicing and upkeep is available too - just ask.
“What happens if it breaks?”
Every unit carries the manufacturer’s standard warranty, and you can always call for advice if something isn’t right - no charge. Get in touch and we’ll talk through what support looks like for your setup.
“Our members will use this harder than we would at home - will it hold up?”
A tub used once a day at home and one used forty times on a Monday aren’t doing the same job, so they aren’t the same product. Spark Pro is the commercial-grade version of what’s already proven at home: outdoor-rated, tougher material, built for the turnover. Want nothing inflatable at all? Forge is rigid and one-piece, made for exactly that.
“Will it look like gym equipment, or something we’d want members to see?”
If it needs to look like it belongs in the room rather than just work in it, that’s Beacon - wood-clad or stainless steel, with the chiller inside the unit so there’s no box to hide. Beacon Steel goes further again: it heats as well as cools, so you can offer proper hot/cold contrast rather than just a cold tub.

Questions
What is the difference between Spark, Forge and Beacon?
Spark is the portable range: a compact footprint that sets up quickly and packs away. Forge is rigid rather than inflatable, a one-piece tub built for daily, higher-traffic use. Beacon is built to be seen as well as used, with the chiller inside the unit rather than in a separate box.
Can we start with one unit and add more later?
Plenty of places start with a single unit to see how members take to it, then add more once they know. Tell us what you are planning and we will size it with you.
Does anything here heat as well as cool?
One unit does. Beacon Steel has 1kW of heating capacity alongside its chiller, so it runs hot as well as cold for genuine contrast sessions. Every other unit across the three ranges cools only.
