Privacy Policy

FrostFire (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides home ice bath rental and purchase services in Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what personal data we collect through frostfire.ae, why we collect it, and how it’s handled.

What we collect. When you join a waitlist (rent or buy) or submit any form on this site, we collect your name, WhatsApp/phone number, email address (if provided), and which tub and/or offer you’re interested in. We also automatically collect standard technical and usage data when you browse the site (pages viewed, general device/location info, referral source) via the tools listed below.

Why we collect it. To respond to your waitlist submission and follow up about availability, pricing, and delivery; to understand which pages and marketing channels are working so we can improve the site and our ads; and to contact you about FrostFire offers, only if you’ve asked to hear from us. We do not sell your personal data.

Tools that process your data. We use the following third-party services to run this site and manage submissions. Each may store or process data outside the UAE:

• HubSpot (CRM) - stores your waitlist submission so we can follow up with you
• Google Tag Manager & analytics - helps us understand how visitors use the site
• Microsoft Clarity - session/heatmap recordings of site usage (no payment or highly sensitive data is captured)
• Meta Pixel & TikTok Pixel - measures whether our ads led to a waitlist signup

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf. We only share the minimum data each tool needs to function.

Where your data is stored. Depending on the tool, your data may be processed outside the UAE, including the EU and US.

How long we keep it. We retain waitlist submissions for as long as we’re actively following up with you, or until you ask us to delete your data - whichever is sooner.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Contact us at Josh@frostfire.ae to make any of these requests.

Cookies. This site uses cookies and similar technologies (via Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Meta, TikTok, and our analytics tools) to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Changes. We may update this policy as FrostFire grows. We’ll update the “last updated” date above when we do.
