Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of frostfire.ae and to joining our rental or purchase waitlist. Please read them before submitting your details.

Waitlist, not a booking. Joining the rent or buy waitlist does not create a rental agreement, purchase agreement, or any binding commitment on either side. It registers your interest so we can contact you about availability, pricing, and next steps. No payment is taken when you join a waitlist. But you do consent to being contacted about your interest at a future date. No spam will be sent or details passed to a 3rd party as per our Privacy Policy.

Pricing. Prices shown on this site - including founders pricing - are indicative and may change before you complete an actual rental or purchase. Founders pricing is limited to an undefined first batch of units and may end without notice once that batch is placed. We’ll confirm final pricing with you directly before any payment is taken.

Rental terms. Full rental terms will be provided and agreed before your rental begins, including details around exit fees and contract renewals.

Purchase terms. Full purchase and warranty terms will be provided and agreed before your purchase is completed.

Health and safety. Cold water immersion is not suitable for everyone. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have any other medical condition that cold exposure could affect, consult a doctor before use. FrostFire is not a medical provider and nothing on this site is medical advice. You use any FrostFire tub at your own risk, and are responsible for supervising anyone else who uses it. It is not suitable for children to use and children should be kept away from the equipment at all times.

Delivery and installation. We aim to deliver and install units on the day agreed with you, but timing can be affected by factors outside our control (import/customs delays, access issues at your property, etc.). We’ll communicate proactively if a delay comes up.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
